Responsibilities

• Applying valid statistical approaches for conducting multiple experiments via platform simultaneously;
• Develop and scale experimentation platform via improving methodology, integration with our metrics storage and adding new features;
• Partner with engineers to improve the internal A/B testing platform (experiment setup, monitoring, and reporting);
• Identify pain points in the experimentation workflow and propose automation or process improvements;
• Ensure statistical rigor in experiment design and results interpretation.

Qualifications

• Qualifications 3 years of experience in data analytics or data science;
• Analytical mindset: structured and critical thinking, the ability to find a balance between the resources spent and the effect on the business;
• Strong mathematical background with an emphasis on mathematical statistics, optimization theory, time series and causal inference;
• Proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries; proficiency in SQL: ability to work with large amounts of data, write and optimize complex queries, create analytical data marts;
• Experience in creating BI reports: Plotly / Redash / Tableau; Professional working proficiency in Russian and English.
