Responsibilities

Local Branding Operations Management.
Oversee daily branding operations and processes across assigned territories. Ensure task execution through direct coordination with marketing agencies, call centers, cobranding partners, and fleets.
- Marketing, KPI Achievement and Brand Visibility. Execute initiatives to increase brand visibility and awareness, contributing to organic user growth through branded vehicles and other visibility tools.

Branded Driver Acquisition, Retention, and Activation.
Drive programs to acquire new branded drivers, retain existing ones, and increase activity levels by leveraging available tools and coordinating operational campaigns.

Stakeholder and Partner Management.
Lead communication and coordination not only with marketing agencies but also with external partners such as vehicle fleets and local cobranding partners to support branding effectiveness.
- Process Improvement and Initiative Ownership. Independently identify inefficiencies or gaps in branding operations, propose practical improvements, and implement action plans with minimal oversight.

Cost Optimization and Efficiency.
Continuously seek and implement the most cost effective methods to improve branding efficiency, driver retention, and activation, ensuring optimal use of resources and budgets.

Crossfunctional Collaboration.
Work closely with internal teams including HQ streams, marketing, procurement, marketplace efficiency, driver operations, and business development to align on execution and unlock blockers.

Performance Analysis and Reporting.
Regularly track and analyze key performance metrics related to driver branding. Provide clear reports and insights to stakeholders, ensuring informed decision making.
Qualifications

Education and Experience
Bachelors degree (preferred) in business, marketing, economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in ride hailing, marketing, logistics, or related fields.

Analytical Skills
Good proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets for analyzing data and basic reporting. Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI is a plus but not mandatory.

Project Coordination Skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritize appropriately, and consistently meet deadlines while delivering high quality work.

Crossfunctional Communication
Effective communication skills for working collaboratively with various internal teams and external agencies, ensuring clarity and alignment on goals and processes.

Capacity to identify operational issues, analyze root causes clearly, and propose practical solutions effectively.

Presentation and Reporting Skills
Competent in preparing and presenting clear, concise reports to different stakeholders, providing relevant insights and updates on branding performance.
