Responsibilities

• Improve and optimize the end to end registration and verification flow for drivers and couriers;
• Increase activation rates while staying compliant with legal, safety, and government relations (GR) requirements;
• Reduce the operational cost of the document verification process, improve the efficiency of manual teams, and implement AI based automation;
• Own the product strategy and roadmap — from discovery and ideation to delivery and scale;
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams including Engineering, Data, Legal, Risk, and GR;
• Define key metrics, run A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate fast based on insights;
• Make independent decisions and scale successful solutions across countries and regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2C or platforms with user onboarding and verification flows
• Strong analytical skills — ability to form hypotheses, interpret data, and optimize conversion funnels
• Familiarity with KYC/AML compliance, document verification processes, or automation tools is a strong plus
• Hands on experience with optimizing manual workflows and/or implementing AI based solutions
• Self driven, flexible, and comfortable working in fast paced, ambiguous environments
• Upper Intermediate English or higher — it’s the main language of the team
