Own and manage full-cycle HR operations across multiple countries in the region (hire-to-retire).
Supervise payroll, compliance, and vendor coordination, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Lead a team of 2+ HR professionals, setting clear goals and priorities.
Ensure operational excellence in onboarding, employee lifecycle management etc.
Track employee sentiment and complaints, providing regular updates to P&C and local leadership.
Maintain smooth collaboration with finance and legal teams on payroll, contracts, and invoicing.
Monitor regional HR KPIs and ensure timely reporting.
Implement local and global HR initiatives, suggesting improvements in HR processes and engagement.
Maintain awareness of labor legislation (including union-related issues) and support compliance.
Serve as the primary HR contact for business leaders, ensuring transparent and timely communication.

Qualifications

5+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
Proven experience working in international companies with matrix reporting structures.
Solid track record managing vendors and supporting multiple locations.
Experience dealing with labor legislation, payroll processes, and cross-border HR tasks.
Demonstrated ability to proactively implement or improve HR processes and engagement practices.
Strong prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Assertive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Based in Cairo, Egypt.
