Responsibilities

  • Optimization of Geo-Services: Improving the accuracy and reliability of driver and passenger geolocation; developing and refining algorithms for optimal pickup point suggestions; enhancing the quality and relevance of address search.
  • Enhancement of User Experience in Geo-Context: Conducting in-depth analysis of geolocation feature usage scenarios (from both driver and passenger perspectives) to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Improving Key Geo-Metrics: Continuously monitoring and working to enhance metrics such as geolocation accuracy, address search success rate, time-to-pickup, and user satisfaction with map and navigation accuracy. Leveraging data insights to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
  • Launching New Geo-Features: Identifying user needs (both drivers and passengers) in geolocation and navigation; developing and rolling out new tools and enhancements aimed at increasing the accuracy, convenience, and speed of interaction with maps, search, and pickup points.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with engineering teams (mapping, backend, mobile development), analysts, researchers, and designers to develop and implement comprehensive projects that improve the quality of geo-services.
  • Formulation of Geo-Product Strategy: Developing and executing a product strategy focused on creating a best-in-class user experience for geolocation services; evaluating current solutions and devising long-term plans for their optimization and advancement.

Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in mobile application development, mapping or geolocation services, transportation platforms, or related fields with a focus on location-based user experience.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong understanding of key geo-service metrics (e.g., location accuracy, search relevance, successful pickup rate) with proven experience using analytics tools to assess and enhance product performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively work with various teams (engineering, analytics, design, operations) to implement complex projects.
  • Strategic Vision and Proactivity: Ability to propose and execute innovative solutions aimed at improving the quality and accuracy of geo-services; skill in prioritizing initiatives in alignment with the company’s long-term goals for geolocation technologies.
  • User-Centric Focus: Deep understanding of driver and passenger needs regarding geolocation, navigation, and address search; ability to translate feedback and research data into actionable product improvements to ensure a seamless and efficient platform experience.
