Responsibilities
- As a Support Specialists Coordinator for inDrive Money Driver Loans and Financing you will Coordinate regional support teams across Indonesia India Egypt and Pakistan
- Prepare and update support materials FAQs and guidelines for users and internal teams
- Act as the second line of support handle complex and non standard cases from drivers and partners
- Collect user feedback and share insights with the product team to improve the service Work closely with the product team to align on new features updates and support processes
- Collaborate with external partners and help build efficient support processes with them
- Ensure excellent customer experience by constantly improving support workflows
Qualifications
- Strong written and spoken English you will work with multi country teams and partners Based in Indonesia India Egypt or Pakistan to be in a convenient time zone for coordination
- Responsibility proactivity and problem solving mindset
- Love working with people both users and internal teams
- Experience in fintech products or financial services is a big plus
- Strong coordination skills able to structure processes and keep things moving smoothly
