Responsibilities

• Product strategy and roadmap: Contribute to shaping the vision and strategy for business client growth by identifying opportunities and translating them into clear product plans
• Growth and engagement: Analyze user behavior and key product metrics to improve conversion rates, user retention, and order frequency
• Feature development: Lead the discovery and delivery of features tailored to the needs of business users, working closely with cross functional teams
• User insights: Develop a deep understanding of our business users through data analysis, research, and continuous feedback
• Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and operations teams to deliver solutions that create impact

Qualifications

• Strong product thinking and ability to translate business goals into product solutions
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills, comfort working with data and using it to inform decisions
• Customer centric mindset and passion for creating intuitive, effective user experiences
• Hands on experience in managing product development processes end to end
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in cross functional team settings
• Experience working on marketplace, B2B, or delivery products is a plus
