Responsibilities

• Conducting complex legal research and analysis for implementation of educational cultural sports and other socially oriented impact projects
• Leading legal support of projects launches in the LATAM region.
• Providing expert legal advice on the topics related to non profit projects and initiatives reviewal of publications and marketing materials.
• Monitoring relevant laws regulations and legal precedents affecting impact projects in the countries of presence.
• Drafting and reviewing terms of use policies and contracts including services sponsorship cooperation donation agreements and others.
• Working closely with cross functional teams to ensure impact projects compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Corporate support of NGOs

Qualifications

• Law degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.
• Advance conversational level of english.
• Ability to provide clear and practical recommendations based on the conducted research.
• Experience in working on complex cross functional and international projects.
• High level of responsibility and self organization.
• Effective communication skills.
• Experience in provision of legal support for educational art sports and other socially oriented and non profit projects as well as experience in supporting fundraising projects are beneficial.
