Responsibilities

• Launch new cities and prepare reports on key data.
• Lead teams across different areas (like marketing and driver operations).
• Track and improve business performance by launching initiatives to attract and engage new users.
• Work on product development by testing ideas in product, marketing, and operations with different teams.
• Help develop strategies by researching the market, analyzing competitors, and shaping plans.
• Analyze key metrics to find inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Use data insights to drive growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Economics Econometrics Business or Mathematics.
• 1 year of experience in ride hailing B2B B2C delivery or e-commerce marketplaces in data driven roles business product ops analyst preferably with B2C products.
• Strong analytical skills comfortable with numbers and data driven problem-solving.
• Experience in product experiments and result analysis.
• Proficient in building financial models and forecasts.
• Skilled in generating and testing hypotheses through MVP solutions.
• Willingness to travel for business.
• Upper Intermediate English or higher.
