Develop and maintain marketing analytics for the Intercity vertical: end-to-end tracking, reports, dashboards, deep-dive analyses
Analyze CRM campaign performance (email, push, in-app) and provide recommendations on segmentation and personalization strategies
Support the digital and media teams: analyze performance metrics, ROI, attribution models, and help optimize marketing spend
Work on marketing experiments: assist in hypothesis design, sample size calculations, and results interpretation
Identify growth levers: detect bottlenecks in the funnel, suggest improvements in communications, creatives, and channel strategies
Collaborate closely with product analytics and data teams to integrate marketing and product data for holistic insights

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in marketing analytics (preferably in tech, e-commerce, ride-hailing, or travel industries)
Strong skills in SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar), and Python or R for advanced data analysis
Solid understanding of how CRM channels, digital marketing, and media (brand campaigns, performance, CPA/CPI/ROAS) work
Experience with A/B testing, statistics, and basic attribution models
Ability to communicate insights clearly to business stakeholders and work effectively in cross-functional teams
English proficiency at B2 or higher (for meetings, reports, presentations)
