Responsibilities
Project coordination:
– Manage projects end-to-end, including initiation, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, timeline, and risk mitigation. Independently define and make decisions on project scope, objectives, and delivery methods to meet business needs
– Lead and facilitate effective communication across diverse teams, including remote development teams, to ensure efficient collaboration
– Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and critical paths across multiple projects
– Assign and track tasks across the team, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
– Provide regular updates on timelines, risks, and status to the manager, team and other stakeholders
– Launch and support execution of strategic projects (Impact Strategy execution, annual report preparation, etc.)
Process and operations management:
– Help optimize internal workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce bottlenecks
– Oversee documentation and ensure materials are up-to-date and accessible
– Support budgeting and resource planning across multiple initiatives
Social Impact and ESG Governance Support:
– Collect and organize ESG data, documentation and materials from internal teams
– Maintain an up-to-date overview of all company impact initiatives (business, philanthropic, sponsorships, etc.)
– Support the team in preparing presentations, reports, and benchmarks related to social impact, CSR, ESG, non-profit projects, and so on
– Act as a point of contact for external partners and vendors
Qualifications
– 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
– Advanced proficiency in GSuite and other project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack)
– Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences
– Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, high level of adaptability, proactivity, and a results-driven mindset
– Proficient in English (B2–C1 level)
– Familiarity with project management tools and a structured approach to documentation and reporting, professional certifications as a plus
– Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business or related fields is a plus
