Lead a team of data analysts (7 people): support, mentor, and inspire the team while ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of analytical solutions
Define and execute the analytics strategy for operational efficiency across local and global markets
Develop and implement analytical frameworks to evaluate and improve pricing, dispatch, and other marketplace mechanics
Analyze key metrics and behavioral patterns to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
Participate in A/B test planning and analysis, and support hypothesis validation initiatives
Build reporting tools, monitoring systems, and alerting mechanisms to detect deviations and emerging trends
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Local Operations teams to scale analytical solutions

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role
Advanced skills in SQL and Python, with proven experience in building analytical models and dashboards
Solid understanding of A/B testing, forecasting, and interpreting data-driven results
Ability to manage team priorities and build strong cross-functional partnerships
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain insights clearly to both technical and business stakeholders
