Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver impactful digital learning experiences aligned with the company’s business strategy and evolving skills needs.
- Create high quality, interactive e-learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, and similar platforms.
- Apply learning science, instructional design principles, and adult learning theory to enhance engagement and knowledge retention.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts and internal stakeholders to translate complex content into effective learning interventions.
- Ensure quality assurance of all learning content through thorough review, testing, and feedback cycles.
- Manage and maintain learning technologies, including setting up, launching, and updating content on the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Monitor and resolve technical issues related to learning content delivery, LMS functionality, and user access.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning operations, tools, and templates through testing, feedback, and innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in designing and developing digital learning content using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) or equivalent tools.
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Familiarity with learning technology platforms, including LMS administration and content deployment.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical, timely solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly in QA and content testing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders globally is a plus.
