Responsibilities

• 4 plus years of experience in advertising analytics, business intelligence, or ad monetization.
• Strong proficiency with Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Bloomreach, Tableau, Looker Studio, SQL, and BI dashboard tools.
• Hands-on experience with AB testing, user segmentation, and revenue forecasting.
• Solid understanding of ad fraud detection methods and privacy compliance GDPR and CCPA Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally with AdTech, Product, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Monitor and analyze ad revenue performance eCPM, Fill Rate, CTR, ARPU, advertiser demand Build and maintain real time dashboards to track advertising metrics Google Analytics, Firebase, BI tools Identify trends in ad performance, seasonal effects, and forecast revenue.
• Develop and maintain asset prioritization logic between Bloomreach, house promos, and other ad assets within the inDrive promo ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Product and AdTech teams to design and implement AB tests on ad placements, formats, and targeting.
• Apply data modeling and segmentation techniques to enhance ad targeting and personalization.
• Adjust ad mediation strategies and real time bidding tactics based on performance insights.
• Detect anomalies in ad revenue such as invalid traffic or click fraud and ensure advertising processes comply with GDPR and CCPA regulations.
