Qualifications

Have 1 to 3 years of experience in the mobility and/or tech industry.
Experience in analytics with excellent skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
Knowledge of SQL and Python is not required but would be a plus.
Enjoy working with numbers and apply a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Know how to organize effective collaboration with a team across multiple time zones and understand how cross-functional teams operate.
Able and willing to conduct customer development, generate hypotheses, and validate MVPs.
Practical experience is crucial — we value hands-on, fieldwork.
English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher; native-level fluency in Kazakh and Russian.
