We are looking for an experienced recruiter to support our mass hiring efforts in Egypt. If you have a strong background in high-volume recruitment and a passion for connecting great talent with the right opportunities, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles
Build talent pipelines quickly and effectively
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
Use recruitment tools to source, track, and manage candidates
Organize and run hiring events when needed
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in mass or high-volume recruitment
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g. ATS, sourcing platforms, automation tools)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Fluency in English and Arabic
Experience in tech, mobility, or fast-scaling startups is a bonus
