Oversee execution at all stages, from concept to the final product.
Proactively propose and execute strategic design initiatives both within their domain and across the entire department
Enhance design within their unit or the department as a whole.
Making strategic design decisions
Shape a target vision by offering ideas that can enhance the product's competitiveness
Lead and organize research not only as part of task-specific work but also as part of independent research initiatives
Setting patterns and standards for others to follow.
Tackle design challenges of varying complexity, validate and test hypotheses
Develop concepts and design user scenarios
Measure the results of your work based on metrics
Work closely with developers, product managers, researchers, editors, and designers

Qualifications

Strong expertise in product design for mobile and web applications, demonstrated through your portfolio
Ability to create high-quality, consistent, and visually appealing design solutions based on facts and data
Experience working on a complex product with numerous user scenarios
Ability to work effectively in a large cross-functional team
Experience working on a B2C product
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have: experience in mentoring and design management
