We are seeking a Product Design Player-Coach to join one of our key business areas

Responsibilities

  • Delivering high-quality design implementation for Intercity product needs
  • Oversee execution at all stages, from concept to the final product.
  • Proactively propose and execute strategic design initiatives both within their domain and across the entire department
  • Enhance design within their unit or the department as a whole.
  • Making strategic design decisions
  • Shape a target vision by offering ideas that can enhance the product's competitiveness
  • Lead and organize research not only as part of task-specific work but also as part of independent research initiatives
  • Setting patterns and standards for others to follow.
  • Tackle design challenges of varying complexity, validate and test hypotheses
  • Develop concepts and design user scenarios
  • Measure the results of your work based on metrics
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, researchers, editors, and designers

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in product design for mobile and web applications, demonstrated through your portfolio
  • Ability to create high-quality, consistent, and visually appealing design solutions based on facts and data
  • Experience working on a complex product with numerous user scenarios
  • Ability to work effectively in a large cross-functional team
  • Experience working on a B2C product
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Nice to have: experience in mentoring and design management
