Responding to phone calls, emails, and chat messages. Quickly and efficiently resolving customer issues. Processing returns, exchanges, and customer complaints. Excellent oral and written communication skills for both Russian and Kazakh languages. Ability to conduct dialogue politely and professionally. Ability to work with large volumes of information. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Proficiency in PC and basic office programs. Skills in working with CRM systems and other specialized software.
