inDrive is strengthening its impact-driven culture, and employee engagement plays a crucial role in this transformation. To address this, we are creating a dedicated role within the Impact Team to lead awareness, positioning, and engagement around impact initiatives. This person will inform and actively involve employees in impact governance, shaping a company-wide culture of purpose and participation. This cross-functional role requires expertise in internal communications and project management, as well as working with research and performance measurement. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker passionate about fostering a meaningful work environment, empowering employees, and driving engagement through purpose-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities
Employee Impact Engagement Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a long-term employee impact engagement strategy that enhances impact-driven culture and strengthens employees' connection to inDrive’s mission.
- Align engagement initiatives with social impact, sustainability, and company values, ensuring employees see their role in driving positive change.
- Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to embed impact principles into internal programs and company-wide initiatives.
Awareness – Informing Employees
Goal: Ensure employees have clear, engaging, and up-to-date information about inDrive’s impact initiatives.
- Develop and manage impact-focused internal communication—newsletters, Slack updates, intranet content, and more.
- Translate complex impact strategies into engaging and accessible content.
- Maintain a consistent voice aligned with inDrive’s impact-driven brand identity.
Positioning – Building Credibility
Goal: Strengthen trust and alignment between employees and inDrive’s impact mission.
- Establish a cohesive impact narrative, ensuring all messaging is strategic and values-driven.
- Conduct employee feedback loops to measure sentiment and continuously improve impact positioning.
- Partner with Internal Comms, Brand, and Impact Teams to align impact storytelling across channels.
Engagement – Involving Employees in Impact Governance
Goal: Move beyond passive communication—empower employees to take action in impact initiatives.
- Lead and expand corporate volunteering opportunities.
- Develop employee-driven impact programs (e.g., Impact Weeks, workshops, and innovation challenges).
- Build systems for employee participation in impact decision-making and governance.
Research, Analytics & Performance Evaluation
- Manage the design and execution of employee impact engagement surveys, focus groups, and sentiment analysis to assess employee well-being and engagement levels.
- Develop and track KPIs to measure the success of engagement initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to leadership, helping refine engagement programs based on actual employee needs.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay up to date with trends in employee experience, workplace culture, and social impact to bring fresh ideas to inDrive.
- Experiment with new engagement formats, digital tools, and creative communication approaches to make impact initiatives more accessible and engaging.
- Act as an employee advocate, ensuring their voices are heard, and their company policies reflect their experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in employee engagement, internal communications, HR, CSR, or culture development.
- Experience working with research, employee surveys, and data analysis to evaluate effectiveness.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage diverse teams and inspire action.
- Cross-functional experience, working across multiple teams and regions.
- Passion for social impact, sustainability, and purpose-driven company culture.
- Experience working in fast-paced, international environments is a plus.
