Responsibilities

  • Technically coordinate purchasing activities within the Consulting and People Services category, with a focus on Insurance services.
  • Manage contracts with insurance providers and brokers, ensuring compliance with internal policies and requirements.
  • Be actively involved in sourcing insurance providers, ensuring compliance with inDrive operational needs.
  • Participate in negotiations with insurance providers and broker to optimize terms, premiums, and coverage.
  • Benchmark and compare insurance providers to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Ensure all insurance policies comply with local and international regulations, working closely with all Internal Stakeholders.
  • Follow procurement and contract strategy by gathering market knowledge and proposing action plans to benefit from market opportunities.
  • Coordinate and manage tender and benchmarking processes in alignment with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Monitor contract renewals, ensuring timely negotiations and adjustments.
  • Ensure all contracts are properly documented, systematically stored, and accessible for internal stakeholders in alignment with procurement procedure.
  • Review and validate broker agreements, including fee structures and deliverables.
  • Control contract approval timelines and provide weekly reports to Team Lead.
  • Ensure contract signing aligns with company signing policies.
  • Oversee the implementation of a contract database, tracking all contract durations and notifying initiators about renewals or terminations.
  • Monitor and report on insurance related expenses, ensuring adherence to budget allocations.
  • Ensure all PR,PO, Payments to insurance companies are processed on time and aligned with agreed terms.
  • Manage and verify the broker fee structure, comparing costs between alternative brokers to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Negotiate cost saving opportunities in collaboration with the broker and Internal Stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper KYC approval and validation of all commercial terms and VMD before releasing POs.
  • Facilitate communication between insurance providers, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide consultation and management of the P2P process in ERP and CLM systems.
  • Organize contract signing, including through EDI.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and procurement, ensuring smooth workflow execution.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent qualification, or significant vocational experience demonstrating professional development through progressively more demanding roles at Insurance category.
  • Knowledge of their category in relation to distribution and market dynamics.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Global Insurance coverage, specifically in Rides Insurance.
