We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Group Manager to lead our Core Analytics team of 6. In this role, you’ll shape and drive our analytics strategy across different regions and markets. Leading a talented team of analysts, you’ll ensure data operations are efficient, insights are impactful, and analytics solutions help drive success for regional, global, and Government Relations projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 6 analysts, plan and prioritize projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Act as an Individual Contributor and provide most Senior decision-making expertise when needed.
- Run and supervise A/B tests.
- Build analytics frameworks to monitor and forecast key metrics.
- Analyse funnel performance and retention metrics to find improvement opportunities.
- Design and improve dashboards, alerting systems, and forecasting tools.
- Develop self-service tools to help Business Development Managers (BDMs) and GR (Government Relations) teams meet their data needs.
- Partner with product and business teams to align analytics with overall strategies.
- Present findings to leadership, clearly explaining insights, implications, and recommended actions.
- Promote data-driven decision-making across the Business Development team.
Qualifications
- Russian language proficiency B2–C1.
- English language B2.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years in data analytics or data science, with 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Redash), and forecasting techniques.
- Strong hands-on experience and deep understanding of A/B testing, research and experimentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with good business understanding.
- Problem-solving, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
