We are looking for a Driver Operations Specialist in Peru to manage our driver operations process in their region. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Analyze and track data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of ad hoc driver operations initiatives, including onboardings, acquisition channels, and other key activities.
Manage and optimize operational workflows for driver initiatives, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Develop customized reports to support specific driver initiatives and operational needs. Support enhancements to driver tariff structures and the registration process, aligning them with market conditions and company growth strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, and Operations teams to refine driver-related strategies and ensure regulatory compliance.
Maintain and update reporting dashboards to provide leadership with real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

2 years of experience in data or business analysis, operations, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or similar background.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and track multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and impact.
Experience using analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
Advanced MS Excel skills is a must
Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot trends and optimize processes.
Self-motivated and proactive mindset, with a structured approach to problem-solving.
Comfortable managing and analyzing large datasets to drive operational improvements.
Experience in ride-hailing, logistics, or mobility operations is a plus.
Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher)
A post-graduate degree is a plus.
