- Market Intelligence: Develop AI agents to monitor market trends, analyze customer/prospect sentiment, driving qualitative data into actionable marketing plays.
- Generative Content Engine: Create and manage AI agents that leverage SEO/GEO data and market trends to accelerate PMMs creation of high-intent content delivery.
- Team Efficiency: Develop internal marketing and sales tools to resolve operational bottlenecks and eliminate the "manual tax" on the team.

- Problem Solving: Proven track record of designing and building technical solutions to solve complex business challenges, including non-technical operational problems.

- GTM Tooling: Expert-level experience with Salesforce and HubSpot; familiarity with tools such as PostHog, Gong, HeyReach, ZoomInfo, and Power BI is a strong advantage.
- AI/LLM: Deep understanding of LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and vector database concepts, with practical experience applying them to real-world use cases.
Bonus:
- Software Development: Experience with Python, Node.js, or SQLis development a significant advantage.
- Industry Context: Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, or high-compute industries such as Gaming, Embedded Systems, or Fintech.
- Growth Background: Previous experience in a Growth Engineering or Sales Ops role within a high-scale B2B SaaS environment.
