As a RevOps Manager, you will be the operational backbone of our Go-to-Market (GTM) engine during a critical growth phase. This is a hands-on, high-impact role combining analytics, GTM engineering, process ownership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue accuracy, scalability, and operational excellence. You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Business Applications to translate business needs into scalable solutions and continuously optimize our revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Operations & Analytics

  • Define KPIs, build models (Excel / Power BI), and own ARR processes including forecasting, reconciliation, and performance analysis
  • Manage sales compensation and ensure data accuracy and reporting reliability

Business Applications & UAT

  • Own intake and prioritization of business requests, translating them into clear requirements and scalable workflows
  • Lead UAT cycles, releases, and resolution of data and workflow issues

GTM Systems & Automation

  • Drive automation and AI initiatives, designing scalable workflows to reduce manual work and operational bottlenecks

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations within a B2B SaaS company
  • Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel and BI tools (Power BI preferred)
  • Proven experience owning ARR, forecasting, compensation, and KPI reporting
  • Strong Salesforce expertise (reports, dashboards, objects, Flows, validation rules)
  • Experience translating business needs into structured requirements and processes
  • Experience supporting Lead-to-Cash / GTM processes
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)

Advantages

  • Experience with AI-driven GTM or operational tools
  • Familiarity with iPaaS platforms (Workato, MuleSoft, Make, Zapier)
  • Experience with tools like Gong, HubSpot, Planhat, Salesforce CPQ
  • Experience working with Snowflake or data warehouses
  • Background in data-heavy environments with strong hands-on capabilities
  • Experience in sales compensation modeling or revenue reconciliation
  • Experience with pipeline automation, signal-based selling, or enrichment workflows
