Description
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of innovation, customer needs, business outcomes, and execution. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product portfolio — balancing the evolution of existing offerings with the creation of entirely new products from the ground up.
This role is for a strategic thinker and hands-on doer: someone who obsesses over customer problems, validates with data and insight, and drives cross-functional execution with clarity and urgency.
What You'll Do
- Customer Obsession: Deeply understand our customers through interviews, usage analytics, and feedback loops. Champion their voice across the company.
- Product Lifecycle Ownership: Own the full lifecycle — from ideation and discovery to roadmap definition, delivery, launch, and iteration.
- New Product Definition: Identify whitespace opportunities, define vision and MVPs, validate hypotheses, and drive zero-to-one product development.
- Sustaining Product Growth: Manage and evolve mature products to maintain market fit, improve usability, and drive adoption and retention.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with design, engineering, go-to-market, and customer success teams to ensure product success from every angle.
- Decision-Making & Prioritization: Balance long-term strategy with short-term impact. Make trade-offs based on data.
What We're Looking For:
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of product management experience with at least 2 successful product launches that drove measurable business impact (revenue, user growth, or market expansion).
- A track record of customer-centric product leadership — you seek truth from the customer and validate before building.
- Demonstrated ability to research and evaluate new capabilities, including competitive analysis, technical feasibility, and market trends.
- Experience managing both established, evolving products and early-stage initiatives.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills — you're equally comfortable talking to developers, designers, execs, and customers.
- Experience mentoring team members and driving process improvements across cross-functional teams.
- A bias for action and clarity in execution. You get things done.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience productizing AI or ML capabilities (especially in a B2B or SaaS environment).
- Background working in platform or API products.
- Familiarity with agile, lean, or dual-track product development methodologies.
- Comfortable with SQL, product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)
- Ability to work closely with engineering on technical specifications and architecture decisions.
