About the Role

Incredibuild is looking for a Developer Advocate to lead our developer relations efforts and grow our presence within technical communities. This isn’t just about speaking at events—it’s about owning how we engage with developers, shaping our technical narrative, and participating in the community.

What You’ll Own:

• Define and execute Incredibuild’s DevRel strategy—from content to community to code
• Lead the creation of technical content (blogs, demos, talks, videos) that showcases real developer value
• Own relationships with key developer communities, OSS projects, and partners
• Manage our presence at developer events and identify high-impact opportunities to engage
• Act as the voice of the developer inside Incredibuild—bringing insights back to product, engineering, and marketing

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on engineering experience (you can write and explain code clearly, ideally in C++, Unreal, or related toolchains)
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD workflows, build systems, and performance engineering
• A strong communicator who’s confident owning execution
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and community teams

Bonus Points

• You’ve built or managed developer programs before
• You’ve published technical content, grown an audience, or contributed to open-source projects
• You’ve been the face of a dev tool, infrastructure platform, or game tech product
