We are looking for a proven Business Growth Manager to join our world-class GTM team. The Business Growth Team is responsible for identifying, incubating and launching growth initiatives meant to drive revenue and effectiveness to Incredibuild alongside operationalizing and improving current business operations. The team promotes data driven insights from the current business and adoption of new industries, solutions, features and finding additional routes to market through strategic partnerships, channels and more.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Work directly with the SVP of Business Growth to identify and develop growth opportunities for Incredibuild through market and data analysis
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to ensure ongoing partnership health and performance
  • Project manage new initiatives within Incredibuild – driving the effective roll out and adoption throughout and in liaison with different departments
  • Lead enablement efforts across the organization
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the organization – recognizing gaps and opportunities and assessing business potential
  • Assist in building and manage a pipeline of customers for new initiatives.

** The position is a Maternity leave replacement

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Minimum of 3 years of business development, partnerships, enablement, and business analyst experience
  • Experience working in a fast-growing B2B setting.
  • Experience with SFDC, sales tools and BI tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivator, strong research skills with attention to detail
  • Responsiveness, accountability, positivity, and hunger for success!
  • Fluent in English – must
  • Enablement / Project Management Experience – added advantage
