Who We Are Looking For

iFoodDS is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Product Manager to join our scrappy product team. You thrive in a start-up environment and leverage your technical and product management skills to execute our product strategy. As a member of the product team who owns the iFoodDS Next Gen platform and Trace Exchange product, you enjoy collaborating with your fellow product managers and engineering colleagues. You will engage all departments within the organization to research, prioritize, define, communicate, develop, and launch functionality that provides value to our customers. We are looking for someone who is passionate about understanding the challenges and pain points of our customers and target markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior product manager who excels at defining and executing large technical product development projects and working collaboratively across the organization.

  • Product ownership of our Trace Exchange solution specifically in the areas of platform integrations, partner integrations, data exchange, and platform services.
  • Research and communicate the market needs in support of our product development activities.
  • Experience in defining, evaluating, and prioritizing product requirements to deliver the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) or functionality and build upon it.
  • Experience managing technical products and services, specifically around APIs and system integrations.
  • Partner with the development team as the Product Owner to organize the execution of product functionality through clear, prioritized requirements and user stories.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Partner Program, and Operations teams to define market needs for product development and execute product launches.
  • Keep current with the competitive landscape, clearly articulate the value proposition associated with iFoodDS solutions versus competitors.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to engage in technical product development and design discussions while representing the business requirements of the customers.
  • Experience supporting technical product discussion activities with partners, customers, and prospects.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools, including SCRUM and utilization of Miro and Atlassian Suite including Confluence and Jira for tracking of stories, backlog, and roadmap.
  • Experience with product development for SaaS / Cloud-based enterprise and mobile software solutions.
  • Experience building customer applications, including working with Design/UX teams to define user workflows.
  • Knowledge of applying AI in building products.
  • Knowledge of APIs, platform integrations, and data models.
  • Knowledge of enterprise IT environments, particularly around enterprise data security, ERP systems, and supply chain management.
  • Superior project management and interpersonal skills, ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask, and work well under pressure.
  • Experience executing product launches and constant delivery of new product functionality.
  • Natural curiosity and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Team player who collaborates and enjoys working in cross-team projects.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in product management.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Knowledge of traceability and GS1 standards is a plus.
  • Knowledge of EDI is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the food supply chain is a plus.

Travel

  • Approximately 25% travel, customer visits, conferences, and in-person team meetings.

Compensation:

The salary for this position typically ranges from $140,000 to $170,000. This range is intended to reflect prevailing salaries in different geographic locations across the United States as well as the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
