Job Overview

The Partner Program Manager will play a central role in managing and scaling the iFoodDS partner ecosystem, with a focus on technology integrations, channel partnerships, and industry collaborations. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, this role combines strategic program development with hands-on support for customer-facing initiatives involving partners.

This individual will not only build and manage partner relationships but also work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Technical Services teams to ensure the success of joint implementations. A strong technical foundation and the ability to navigate data integrations and interoperability conversations are essential.

Responsibilities and Duties

Partner Strategy & Management

  • Develop and optimize the iFoodDS Partner Program, including tiers, benefits, and onboarding frameworks.
  • Maintain strong, proactive relationships with partners across the supply chain, ERP, EDI, WMS, and food safety ecosystems.
  • Support joint go-to-market efforts with partners, including co-branded campaigns, webinars, and conference presence.

Technical Enablement & Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison between iFoodDS technical teams and partners to ensure successful software integrations and data exchanges.
  • Understand partner product capabilities and communicate how they align with iFoodDS solutions, particularly for FSMA 204 data sharing and traceability compliance.
  • Provide input into product roadmaps and integration strategies based on partner and customer needs.

Customer Project Support

  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation teams to support enterprise customer deployments that involve partner platforms or services.
  • Ensure coordinated execution across iFoodDS and partner teams for shared customer accounts, helping to resolve technical or operational challenges.
  • Participate in project planning calls, assist in documentation, and ensure partners are delivering according to shared timelines and scope.

Program Operations & Metrics

  • Track partner performance and contribution to pipeline and revenue.
  • Maintain accurate partner documentation, contracts, and technical integration records.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and scalability in how partners are enabled and supported.

Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of experience in partner management, business development, or solution consulting at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with APIs, data integration workflows, and enterprise software ecosystems (ERP, WMS, EDI).
  • Experience supporting or leading customer-facing projects, preferably in the food, supply chain, or compliance sectors.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, including the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field; technical certifications or experience in implementation consulting is a plus.

Compensation

The salary for this position typically ranges from $60K to $95K range is intended to reflect prevailing salaries in different geographic locations across the United States as well as the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
