Job Overview
The Supply Chain Success Manager I’s primary responsibility is to enroll prospects into Network programs sold by the Enterprise Account Executives. The Supply Chain Success Manager I will run highly targeted prospecting activity at assigned targeted and named accounts. The Supply Chain Success Manager I Consultant will make outbound calls on assigned accounts and help prospects understand the Network program that iFoodDS supports. These programs will most likely be around our food safety and traceability product lines. The Supply Chain Success Manager I is measured on the number of assigned accounts that enroll into the Network program.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist in enrolling network participants within larger Enterprise network solutions
- Lead identification and follow-up
- Work small opportunities (x<$10k) within the Food Safety and Traceability product families
- Promote special offers and events by creating and maintaining a customer email database
- Customer communications
- Help to increase our knowledge of competitor positions and activities through close contact with customers
Qualifications
Essential list of qualifications for the position:
- 0 – 2 years of experience working in a sales or customer service capacity
- Deep understanding of the food industry and its operations
- Well versed in food safety and traceability software, the problems they solve and the value they deliver to clients
- Highly-effective communication skills – oral, written and group (in-person and remote)
- Effectively communicate with customers in a fast-paced environment while developing positive customer relationships
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, with proven success
- Good Listening Skills

- Resourcefulness with solving problems
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent interpersonal and team skills
- Strong computer skills – (MS Office, Outlook, SalesForce.com, HubSpot)
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
Compensation
The salary for this position typically ranges from $71K to $90.5K range is intended to reflect prevailing salaries in different geographic locations across the United States as well as the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
