Real Estate Trainer/Coach
Job Description
Your tasks will include:
- Providing learning content and imparting real estate expert knowledge
- Continuous development of training materials
- Supporting partners through ‘on-the-job training’ throughout Germany as well as via telephone and webinars from headquarters
- Acting as a contact person for new real estate agents
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience in the real estate industry, ideally through your own work in the industry or as a trainer
- Strong sales orientation, self-motivation and a confident manner
- Willingness to travel extensively within Germany
- Motivational skills, negotiating skills and assertiveness, as well as an open-minded personality
- Ability to analyze situations and derive recommendations for action
- Sales personality who enjoys interacting with people
