We’re expanding our GTM team and looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can build and execute campaigns that create high-intent pipelines for sales.

What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on marketing role. You’ll lead digital marketing while contributing across the full marketing stack. Your work may include:

  • Planning and executing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid channels, and our website
  • Owning the website experience and optimizing for SEO and conversion
  • Producing content that drives pipeline: landing pages, ads, short-form content
  • Analyzing performance data and adjusting tactics based on insights
  • Collaborating closely with sales to drive and measure pipeline impact

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-4 years of B2B SaaS growth / demand generation / performance marketing experience (fintech or financial services is a plus)
  • Proven experience managing paid acquisition campaigns, hands on, including LinkedIn and Google
  • Strong understanding of SEO, conversion optimization, and growth loops
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Webflow etc.)
  • Ability to create marketing assets (ads, landing pages, campaign content)
  • Familiarity with AI tools and comfort integrating them into workflows
  • Strong analytical mindset with a bias for experimentation
  • Ability to execute quickly, juggle multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
