Overview:
Our Sales Operations team seeks motivated and proactive co-op students to join us for the Fall 2025 term. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, learning and contributing to various Finance functions while developing their skills.
Responsibilities by Team (could include but are not limited to):
- Review of product SKUs within systems to ensure all attributes are populated accurately.
- Review of customer data with a goal of identifying duplicates, parent/child relationships and accurate firmographic data.
- Support in the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce. Update User Profiles, Accounts and Opportunities as a result of employee role changes, employee departures, and new hires.
- Support in the preparation of bulk SFDC updates for Accounts and Opportunities as requested by the GRO org.
- Manage the weekly X (formerly Twitter) escalation process for approval of Gov Prospect accounts in support of the New Business team.
- Support in the tagging of our product feedback with the goal of ensuring that feedback is tagged accurately and consistently across all survey programs in alignment with our taxonomy framework.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant post-Grad, Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business or Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently.
- Proficient in Google suite, particularly Sheets and Decks.
- Demonstrated interest in the desired team and eagerness to learn.
