About HoneyHive

At HoneyHive, we are building the new DevOps stack for AI agents. Our product is used by leading AI startups and Fortune 100 enterprises to build, test, optimize, and ship reliable AI products with integrated observability, testing, and experimentation tools. AI engineers use our platform debug AI agents, evaluate quality, troubleshoot LLM failures in production, and a whole lot more.

We’ve raised $7.4M Seed from Insight Partners, Zero Prime Ventures, AIX Ventures, and leading founders/CEOs. Our founding team includes AI, data, and systems experts who’ve shipped petabyte-scale systems at Microsoft, Amazon, JP Morgan, and more.

  • Oversee our Hubspot mailing list and maintain a formal changelog within our docs, ensuring monthly product updates are communicated effectively to all users.

  • Develop and execute innovative growth hacks and tactics across various channels, including social media, referral programs, and events.

  • Organize in-person demos, hackathons, and meetups to enhance visibility and user acquisition.

  • Work with Product Engineers to develop intuitive in-app onboarding flows and quickstart notebooks showcasing common use-cases to activate new users on HoneyHive.

  • Support existing customers and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) in becoming proficient with HoneyHive. Provide ad-hoc support, conduct instrumentation walkthroughs, and create tailored Python/JS scripts and guides as needed.
