How you’ll add value
- The focus of the role is to provide an outstanding experience for our guests across multiple platforms including Email, WhatsApp, and Chat
- During the first month, you will:
- Get to know our company, our team and our product thoroughly
- Learn about the foundation and tools needed to shine and excel in your role
- Within the first 60 days, you will support the Guest Relations team to improve our day-to-day work, bringing new ideas and suggestions.
- At all times, you will aim to effectively resolve issues in a timely manner
- After 6 months in your role, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibilities. You will be able to participate in different projects and collaborate with other teams to continually evolve our products and pave the way for your development and growth at HomeToGo
You’ll be successful in this role if you
- Have a true passion to provide amazing guest experiences
- Have strong writing and speaking skills in German and English
- Are an empathetic person with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Are proactive, eager to learn and to execute innovative ideas
- Love working with people and #enableeachothertosucceed
- Have experience in the travel industry is a plus
