How you’ll add value
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with partners within assigned territory, and serve as their first point of contact with HomeToGo
- Lead ongoing optimization calls and business reviews with partners in order to monitor performance, optimize their listings, and ensure they receive a personalized strategy that helps them achieve business objectives
- Stay ahead of market trends by understanding the evolving online vacation rental landscape.
- Conduct competitor analyses and use insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth by signing and onboarding new, high-quality supply in key areas of your geography.
- Maintain a working understanding of technical integrations with software partners to provide effective support to your partners.
- Attend and represent HomeToGo at key industry conferences in your assigned market, fostering connections and promoting the brand.
- Work closely with IT, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure internal alignment on partner topics.
You’ll be successful in this role if you
- Have a high proficiency in German and English. Any other European language is a plus.
- Have at least 2-3 years of prior experience in account management, sales, or business development, ideally in the vacation rental industry or the online/e-commerce space
- Possess excellent people and negotiation skills; you thrive in people-oriented roles that require cultivating strong professional relationships
- Are ambitious and hands-on with a particular receptiveness to delivery and ownership
- Have an analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to identify and utilize relevant data points to deliver maximum value to HomeToGo and our partners
