You will lead Care Hub, the mission-critical platform where Physical Therapists, Health Coaches, and Physicians orchestrate personalized care. This isn’t just about managing a tool; it’s about defining how clinical operations evolve in an AI-first world. You will shape how automation, intelligence, and human expertise combine to deliver life-changing outcomes at scale, enabling clinicians to work smarter and focus on what matters most: the patient.

What You'll Accomplish

• In your first 3 months: You will deeply partner with Clinical and Operations leaders to audit the current Care Hub workflows and understand the diverse needs of our care team. You will build trust with Engineering and Design to prioritize immediate opportunities for reducing administrative burden.

• In your first 6 months: You will execute on key AI innovation initiatives, launching automated experiences that streamline fragmented clinical workflows. You will demonstrate measurable progress in reducing friction for clinicians, allowing them to serve more members effectively.

• In your first year: You will define and communicate a multi-year strategic vision for the Care Hub platform, architecting capabilities that support new business lines without creating technical debt. You will have built a defensible data moat by combining human expertise with AI, ensuring the platform is ready to scale for the next phase of Hinge Health’s growth.

Who You Are

• A Strategic Operator: You can translate a high-level mission into a cohesive product roadmap. You don't just build features; you architect platforms that support multi-year business goals and new care models.

• A Talent Magnet & Coach: You are an experienced leader (M4 level) who thrives on managing and mentoring high-performing Product Managers. You foster a culture of ownership, customer obsession, and operational excellence.

• A Cross-Functional Orchestrator: You communicate effectively across technical boundaries, engaging deeply on APIs and data models with engineers while translating complex needs for clinical stakeholders. You drive alignment in a globally distributed, async environment.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management building complex platforms or enterprise/B2B systems.

• 4+ years leading and mentoring Product Managers/Senior Product Managers.

• Experience building two-sided platforms, service marketplaces, or sophisticated internal tools.

• Technical fluency — able to engage deeply on APIs, data models, and system architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Health or Healthcare IT.

• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in workflow automation or decision support.

• Experience with Operations Product Management or Marketplace Product Management.

Hinge Health Hybrid Model (BLR-Based)

We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days/week.

This is a Bengaluru-based role that involves regular interaction and collaboration with Hinge Health colleagues in San Francisco, CA.

• Time zones: San Francisco is the Pacific Time Zone, which is 12 hours and 30 minutes behind India Standard Time.

• Hours: Applicants should be open to meetings in the late evening following India Standard Time to overlap with SF morning hours (8am - 6pm PT).
