About the Role

Join the team transforming how millions of people access MSK care by crafting the messages that help them take the first step. As a Content Strategist on our Brand, Creative, and Content team, you will play a pivotal role in our enrollment engine, writing clear, engaging, and effective copy for our core channels. You will turn complex healthcare information into accessible, motivating narratives that drive member engagement and improved health outcomes.

What You'll Accomplish

  • In your first 3 months: You will immerse yourself in our brand voice and creative operations, managing high-volume copy requests and ensuring accuracy across multiple client deployments and templates.

  • In your first 6 months: You will execute high-impact email and direct mail campaigns, adapting our messaging frameworks for ecosystem partners while ensuring alignment with both Hinge Health and partner standards.

  • In your first year: You will actively collaborate on optimization experiments, using data-driven learnings to refine subject lines, headlines, and CTAs that measurably improve member enrollment and engagement.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of copywriting or content marketing experience.

  • Experience writing for email marketing or direct response channels.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with B2B2C or healthcare communications.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and using data to inform writing.

  • Strong proofreading and editing skills.
