The Opportunity
Join the team transforming how we scale our operations to support millions of members. As the Senior Manager, Procurement, you will build the engine that powers our purchasing decisions, ensuring efficiency and scalability as we continue our rapid growth. You will set the strategic vision for procurement while remaining hands-on, partnering directly with leaders across the business to drive value and operational excellence in a post-IPO environment.
What You'll Accomplish
In your first 3 months: You will establish a clear baseline of our current landscape by building an accurate dashboard of spend, renewal dates, and contracts. You will build trust with key cross-functional stakeholders to understand their needs and identify immediate opportunities for consolidation and cost reduction.
In your first 6 months: You will launch comprehensive procurement strategies and policies that support our key business objectives. You will lead critical negotiations with suppliers and vendors, securing the best possible terms and driving measurable savings for the organization.
In your first year: You will institutionalize a best-in-class procurement function by developing standardized procedures and training for cross-functional teams. You will create and implement a consistent ROI workflow to ensure every purchase delivers maximum return on investment.

Basic Qualifications
8+ years of procurement experience, including direct experience in a leadership role.
Public Company Experience: You have navigated the compliance and rigor required of a public company environment.
Contract Negotiation: Proven expertise in negotiating complex contracts and agreements with suppliers.
People Management: Strong experience managing people and vendor programs effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS).
Experience with financial systems in a SaaS-based environment.
Extensive knowledge of Excel and G-Suite.
