About the Role

Now, we’re looking for a Group Product Manager to lead one of our most mission-critical platforms: Care Hub. Care Hub it’s the operational backbone of Hinge Health. It’s where Physical Therapists, Health Coaches, Physicians, and Care Managers orchestrate personalized, high-quality care across the entire patient journey. This platform enables clinicians to work smarter, reduce friction, and focus on what matters most: delivering life-changing outcomes. As a Group Product manager you’ll define the vision for the next-generation practice management platform in digital healthcare, including how clinical operations evolve in an AI-first world. You’ll shape how automation, intelligence, and human expertise come together to deliver care at scale.
What You’ll Accomplish
Set the Strategic Vision: Define and communicate a multi-year product vision and strategy for the Care Hub platform, ensuring alignment with Hinge Health’s broader goals.
AI Innovation: Define and execute how AI augments our products and teams, combining human clinical expertise with AI to build a defensible data moat and deliver better member outcomes.
Lead and Grow the Team: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers. Foster a culture of ownership, customer obsession, and operational excellence.
Drive Operational Efficiency: Transform fragmented, manual clinical workflows into streamlined, automated experiences. Focus on reducing administrative burden so clinicians can focus on patient care.
Scale for New Care Models: Architect platform capabilities that support new business lines without creating technical debt or operational silos.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner deeply with Clinical and Operations leaders to understand their diverse needs and translate them into a cohesive product roadmap. Work with Engineering and Design to ensure high-quality, scalable execution.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
5+ years in Product Management building complex platforms or enterprise/B2B systems
4+ years leading and mentoring Product Managers/Senior Product Managers
Experience building two-sided platforms, service marketplaces, or sophisticated internal tools
Comfortable working with distributed teams and US-based stakeholders (Pacific Time)
Technical fluency — able to engage deeply on APIs, data models, and system architecture
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to work effectively in async, globally distributed teams, paired with strong project management and a bias for urgency to drive execution.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Digital Health or Healthcare IT
Familiarity with AI/ML applications in workflow automation or decision support.
Strong technical fluency; comfortable discussing APIs, data models, and system architecture with engineering teams.
Experience with Operations Product Management or Marketplace Product Management.

Hinge Health Hybrid Model (BLR-Based)
We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days/week.
This is a Bengaluru-based role that involves regular interaction and collaboration with Hinge Health colleagues in San Francisco, CA.
Time zones: San Francisco is the Pacific Time Zone, which is 12 hours and 30 minutes behind India Standard Time – for example, 8am in San Francisco is 8:30pm in Bengaluru. Standard working hours in San Francisco are between 8am - 6pm. For this role, applicants should be open to meetings in the late evening following India Standard Time.
