What You'll Accomplish
Reinvent Reporting: Support the monthly close and re-forecast process, partnering with Accounting to ensure timely and accurate data flow. Take charge of creating and automating slick, influential reports and dashboards for leadership visibility.
Lead with AI: Be at the forefront by harnessing artificial intelligence to supercharge our financial analytics. Bring transformative perspectives that empower better, faster business decisions.
Collaborate and Conquer: We value team members who are low-ego, solution-oriented, and enthusiastic about partnering across teams to drive meaningful insights and outcomes.
Strategic Analysis: Evaluate unit economics for new offerings—particularly in hardware and emerging marketing channels. Conduct deep dives into performance trends (e.g., CAC, retention, engagement) and adjust forecasts based on findings.

Hinge Health Hybrid Model
We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days per week, for the full 8 hours of a typical business day. The San Francisco office has a dog-friendly workplace program.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of experience in strategic finance, equity research, investment banking or a related role.
Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, with experience in forecasting, variance analysis, and business modeling.
Proficiency building financial models in Excel or Sheets
Excellent communication skills—with the ability to synthesize and present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Organized, attentive to detail, and intellectually curious
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting, partnering with or guiding functional organizations (e.g. S&M) especially in high-growth tech, healthcare or B2B2C businesses
Passion for using AI to boost team efficiency
Prior experience to Workday, Adaptive, Mode Analytics, and SQL
High interpersonal intelligence with an aptitude for effectively listening, interacting and the potential to influence.
Compensation
This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The annual salary range for this position is $92,000 - $138,000/year.
