About the Role

We are looking for a Health Services Operations Manager in San Francisco, Chicago, or New York. You will play a key role in supporting the operations of our health plan partnerships, including implementation of new partnerships, utilization reporting, and product approvals. You’ll work alongside experienced team members and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful, smooth integration of Hinge Health’s solutions.

While previous experience in health plan integration or project management is a plus, we're looking for someone eager to learn, who can grow into the role and take on increasing responsibility over time. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about healthcare, project management, and building meaningful relationships with external partners.

What You'll Accomplish

• Health Services: Support our Health Plan partnerships, including (but not limited to) developing meeting materials, drafting emails, and leading partnership meetings/calls.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Build relationships with internal teams (e.g. Operations, Participant Support, Product, Data, Client Success and Clinical) to troubleshoot issues and to support the delivery of the Hinge Health program to our partners and clients.
• Extract and analyze data, serving as the subject matter expert (SME) for partnership reporting including outcomes, engagement, service level and performance guarantee attainment.

Hinge Health Hybrid Model

We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days/week.

Basic Qualifications

• Attention to detail: Extreme attention to detail and accuracy. Understands the downstream effects of careless errors and has a strong drive for flawless execution and delivery.
• Project management: Able to successfully manage and execute on a variety of projects, including assisting with projects belonging to other team members and teams.
• Analytical (Data-driven): Able to analyze various enrollment and utilization reports to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to clients, partners, and the team.
• Self-starter: Can work independently with little oversight, able to execute tasks and projects in an environment with competing demands.
• Presentation skills: Able to craft a compelling story and effectively deliver to a wide range of external stakeholders.
• Data integrity: Consistently keep relevant dashboards and client and partner documents up-to-date and accurate.
• Health Plan or Digital Health experience: Familiarity with the healthcare ecosystem and the health insurance business model a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to healthcare or health plans.
• Experience working with external partners or vendors.
• Familiarity with MSK (musculoskeletal) conditions or digital health solutions.

Compensation

This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. San Fransisco, CA, New York, NY: $88,000 - $132,000

Tier 2
Chicago IL: $81,000 - $121,400
