What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to lead and evolve our global payroll function. This role will be pivotal in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing across our UK headquarters and global entities in Ireland, the US, Brazil, and India.
You’ll own payroll operations end-to-end while helping us scale smartly — building future-fit processes, integrating systems, and delivering seamless service to our growing team worldwide.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to step up as a trusted expert in global payroll.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Own and manage end-to-end payroll for our UK and international teams (Ireland, United States, Brazil and India)
- Implement new payroll systems and processes that scale with us
- Partner with Finance, HR, and external providers to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Develop insightful payroll analytics and respond to reporting needs across the business
- Proactively resolve payroll queries and deliver a best-in-class employee experience
- Continuously improve payroll processes and documentation
What You'll Bring
- Strong global payroll experience and understanding of international tax requirements
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems implementation and integration
- Confidence working cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and third-party vendors
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, IF statements)
- Experience with Papaya Global and Cezanne HR (bonus)
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
