You will be responsible for the following:

• Lead and manage CDA Operational Analytics team

• Establish team KPIs and ensure they’re met consistently

• Plan and execute operations activities (UAM, BCP, etc.) as planned

• Perform infrastructure capacity planning; anticipate issues and implement fixes

• Ensure successful distribution of reports, data files, etc. via email and sftp, and maintenance of distribution list

• Manage and monitor reports and automation workflows, and ensure job uptime and optimum performance

• Create intuitive alerts for issue detection and prevention

• Monitor reports and automation workflow infrastructure health on a regular basis

• Perform reports and automation workflow infrastructure capacity planning, and seek approval as required (expansion/reduction of resources, new storage, etc.)

• Attend urgent reports operations calls during business hours and outside business hours (occasional)

• Capable of providing requirements, solutions, and updates to resolve known issues in timely manner

• Ensure proper and documented handover of reports and workflows from development to production environment

• Act as technical POC and manage reporting and data visualization platform

• Manage reporting and data visualization platform performance and implement performance optimization, as needed

• Administer and manage user access and permissions to the reporting and data visualization platform

• Create and update operations support documentation, and maintain tech and operations support document portal

• Propose and roll out projects to optimize performance of reports and workflows

• Ensure data security practices in different pipelines

We are looking for the following:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience: 7+ years of experience in business intelligence/reporting/analytics

Core Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Expertise on analytics tools (Python / R, SQL, Looker Studio, etc.)

• Ability to communicate complex analyses clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for analytics

• Ability to lead and mentor a team of operational analysts
