You will be responsible for the following:

• Own and define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Transit acquiring business and merchant acquisition, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Bridge the operational and technical needs of merchants with internal technical capabilities for effective user-centric solutions.
• Maintain complete ownership of the AFCS vendor relationship, providing high-level design direction, and actively managing their build and delivery schedule.
• Develop user stories and prioritize the product backlog. Conduct regular sprint planning and review meetings in agile.
• Analyze the technical performance and delivery of the AFCS vendor, using data-driven insights to ensure high-quality and timely execution as well as constant short term iterations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tech, design, finance, governance, and marketing, to ensure successful product development and go to market.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.

• Strong understanding and implementation of value innovation, design thinking, lean canvas, and agile methodologies
• Strong entrepreneurial skills; ability to identify market opportunities and creating businesses around it
• Analytical thinking and problem solving in both strategic and operational levels
• Stakeholder management; effective articulation and communication of product needs internally and externally - vendors, merchants, legal, and sales teams
• Leadership to drive the product agenda,hold cross functional accountabilities, and drive output
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Flexibility, self management, and strong bias for action.
