We are looking for a Campaign Management Business Partner who will lead CRM and customer engagement campaigns that support business growth and improve customer experience. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven campaign strategies, optimize customer lifecycle programs, and improve campaign performance through testing and insights.
You will be responsible for the following:
Partner with product and marketing teams to understand business goals and customer needs
Develop and execute CRM and direct marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle
Monitor and optimize campaign performance, including customer activation, engagement, transaction frequency, and profitability
Conduct A/B testing and campaign experiments to improve campaign effectiveness
Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights and recommendations
Support the improvement and scaling of CRM processes and campaign execution
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process enhancements and better CRM capabilities
Manage multiple campaigns and projects while ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
Support business growth by driving customer value, engagement, and retention through effective campaign strategies
We are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or any related field
Experience in CRM, campaign management, marketing, operations, or strategy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of customer engagement and precision marketing principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in data analysis, reporting, and campaign performance tracking
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset
