We are looking for a Resurrection Manager who will lead strategies and programs that reactivate and retain lapsed or inconsistent GCash users. The role focuses on driving customer engagement, increasing app usage, and improving key lifecycle metrics through data-driven campaigns and cross-functional collaboration.
You will be responsible for the following:
Develop and execute overall strategies to reactivate and retain lapsed or inactive GCash users
Design data-driven programs to increase app visits, engagement, and transaction activity
Ensure achievement of resurrection and retention business KPIs through high-impact initiatives
Work closely with Digital Experience, Product, and Marketing Communications teams to build effective in-app journeys and campaigns
Lead end-to-end execution of segment-based marketing campaigns and go-to-market initiatives
Apply resurrection policies and principles across all relevant GCash programs
Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance using quantitative and qualitative data
Identify key drivers of user inactivity and develop programs to improve reactivation rates
Continuously optimize campaigns based on results, insights, and feedback
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver programs effectively
Manage marketing investments (A&P) to ensure maximum impact and ROI.
We are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in customer lifecycle management, CRM, retention marketing, funnel management, or similar roles
Experience in fast-paced digital, app-based, fintech, or telecom environments is an advantage
Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to drive decisions and insights
Experience in campaign management, GTM execution, or product marketing is a plus
Knowledge of SQL or similar data tools is an advantage
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
Strong communication, problem-solving, and execution skills
Customer-centric mindset with focus on improving engagement and retention metrics
