The Product Operations Manager will establish operational governance, execution discipline, and process excellence for App Product Management. This includes managing the operating rhythm, roadmaps, and escalation processes. The role drives cross-functional alignment, performance measurement, and actionable reporting to improve app metrics visibility, execution consistency, and faster issue resolution across critical customer journeys.
You Will Be Responsible For:
Operational Governance & Process Excellence
Establish and maintain the operating model, governance cadence, and execution discipline for App Product Management and Operations.
Design and manage the team’s operating rhythm, including quarterly business reviews, metric reviews, roadmap tracking, issue management, and escalation processes.
Identify process gaps and develop standard procedures, playbooks, workflows, and documentation for recurring App Management activities.
Coordinate incident, issue, and escalation tracking relevant to app health and customer-critical journeys, ensuring closure and accountability.
Lead post-launch operational reviews to assess whether releases delivered the intended customer and business outcomes.
Strategic Alignment & Cross-Functional Execution:
Partner with Strategy, Product, Engineering, Analytics, UX, Marketing, and Business teams to consolidate performance insights and promote aligned decision-making.
Drive change management, communications, and stakeholder updates across major app initiatives.
Support planning cycles with roadmap readiness, operational dependencies, resource requirements, and execution risk inputs.
Coordinate with platform vendors, partners, and platforms for app operations, reporting, or capability enablement.
Performance Measurement & Actionable Reporting:
Drive metric governance, define metric owners, targets, reporting definitions, and review cadences.
Collect, validate, and communicate key app performance signals such as crash/stability rates, login success, error-free transactions, and customer satisfaction drivers.
Monitor initiative progress, blockers, interdependencies, and delivery risks.
Embed telemetry and observability requirements into delivery processes for trusted, actionable data.
We Are Looking For:
Strong project and stakeholder management skills with cross-functional coordination.
Ability to prepare executive-ready updates and decision materials.
Strong analytical capability with experience in dashboards, KPI frameworks, metric reviews, and action tracking.
Experience in root cause analysis, issue management, and process improvement.
Understanding of mobile app performance, digital journey metrics, operational controls, and delivery governance.
Experience in fintech, superapps, digital platforms, e-commerce, or large-scale consumer technology environments is highly preferred.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in product operations, business operations, program management, Agile, PMO, digital operations, or platform operations.
2–3 years of managerial or team leadership experience.
Experience setting up governance, operating cadence, reporting structures, and cross-functional execution processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with analytics, observability, product telemetry, or dashboarding tools is a plus.
