The Senior Manager – Data Enablement and Analytics will lead the development of data and analytics capabilities that support app growth, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. This role will work closely with Product, Growth, Data Science, and Business teams to build scalable data solutions, drive experimentation, and deliver actionable insights that improve customer experience and business performance.
You will be responsible for the following:
Lead the Data Enablement and Analytics function for App Management
Manage data pipelines, audience segmentation, and analytics frameworks that support app growth and operations
Partner with Product, Growth, Data Science, and Business teams to translate business goals into data-driven solutions
Design and implement A/B testing frameworks, experimentation strategies, and performance measurement models
Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics that provide actionable business insights
Ensure data quality, governance, validation, and operational accuracy across analytics processes
Drive analytics across app operations, CRM, traffic, supply, demand, and customer engagement
Build and scale analytics capabilities, processes, and team structure
Mentor and lead high-performing analytics and data operations teams
Define key metrics, measurement standards, and reporting frameworks for app management.
We are looking for:
At least 8 years of experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, Data Enablement, or similar roles
Leadership experience handling analytics teams within fintech, digital products, consumer tech, or large-scale apps
Strong experience in analytics, experimentation, dashboarding, and insight generation
Experience working with analytics and CRM tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics 4, Clevertap, or similar platforms
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience building analytics capabilities, frameworks, and processes from the ground up
Strong understanding of app growth, customer behavior, operational analytics, and business performance metrics
Strategic, data-driven, and highly collaborative mindset
Experience working closely with Product, Growth, Data Science, Tech, and Business teams is highly preferred
