Who you’ll be working with:

If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!

You will be responsible for:

• Contract Governance: Manage end-to-end agreements, enforce compliance, and support regulatory audits.

• Partner SLAs: Monitor vendor performance and delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards and maintain databases for clear visibility into contract metrics.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams, and facilitate partner events.

• Process Optimization: Improve contract workflows, refine governance policies, and co-facilitate in partner events/ engagements.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree (Business, IT, or related) with 4+ years of experience in process optimization, governance, or operations.

• Hands-on experience designing or utilizing dashboards to provide real-time metrics to leadership.

• Ability to identify process gaps, implement best practices, and ensure strict audit and legal compliance.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to align departmental metrics and ensure delivery expectations.

• Agile experience with an analytical approach to gathering requirements, validating processes, and translating data into actionable insights.
